Lessons learned:
For some odd reason my weight-loss happens in spurts. Seriously. The whole week nothing happens and suddenly, from one day to the other, I lose three pounds. And then, next day, I’ve put up two again1. Um yay? For example I finally managed to hit my first three kilo lost on Sunday, looked forward to actually posting that on the blog2, but when I weighted myself Monday morning… Well, you can imagine the rest. Disappointed.
Well, at least the lost pounds are racking up – slowly, but they do rack up. But I have to admit… I am a little bit disappointed that I’m so much behind on my one pound per week goal.
Ah, well.
Maybe I can celebrate my successes next week. :)
